The ScrapFX Design Team is back again with another dose of Mood Board inspiration for you to check out and boost your creative juices as you gear up to play along with our monthly challenge.
To refresh your memories this is the current board we’re using, created by Claire:
There are so many ways to be inspired from this, as you soon shall see, from the colors to the organic patterns, the textures to the layers – anything can spark an idea. I think that is truly what has our team hooked on creating projects launched from mood board inspiration – the endless possibilities!
But this wouldn’t be a full on challenge without a little twist, right? Right.
Therefore we were given the task to use the above sketch, also created by the super talented Claire, in the creation of our projects. Who doesn’t love a good sketch as a launching pad for design and this is such a magnificent one to play with! Many possibilities for a variety of projects.
So, here is the challenge:

Growing up together
“Inspired by the¨colors brown, cream and gold I created this layout using the Dots stencil and some chipboards pieces.
My background was created using gesso and to get texture I added beads and acrylic paint just to give an artistic touch to my project.
The wordlet used for the title was painted with acrylic paint with colors cream and gold inspired by the ring.”
